Ashley J is a versatile performer who’s full of energy, humour and fun specialising in Acting, Presenting and comedy born and raised in East London.
He has presented numerous live shows, award ceremonies and festivals including; The Serious About StreetDance (SAS) Championships at the O2 Arena, The Creativity Festival in Serbia and the London Citizens concert at Brixton Academy.
He is the official Emcee and comedian for the international Hip-Hop spectacular BLAZE (which has toured to Holland, Bahrain, Belgium, Berlin and most recently Dubai). He is also the presenter and co-creator of the National HIT UK IMPROVISED COMEDY SHOW.
Pimms Brooke grew up in North London where she began her journey into music. Influenced by jazz, soul and funk her vocal style was invoked listening to the likes of Etta James, Nina Simone, Barbra Streisand, Frank Sinatra and Celine Dion.
From a young age she wrote journals everyday, which progressed into poems then songs. As a child she was always singing and performing at any chance she could get. Once her talent had been discovered she attended stage school and music college where she gained her knowledge of music business, production and songwriting in East London where the fun began… Pimms has a very eclectic style of vocal and listens to many genres of music such as house, soul, commercial, hip hop, dance, drum and bass and even classical. Keeping to her roots of soul and jazz these have all helped her build and prepare herself for a life on the stage and showbiz…
Pimms Brooke has expressed her multi talents not just singing but acting, modeling and voiceover work. She has featured in many famous TV, film, fashion shows, photo shoots, music videos, and magazines such as Fast and Furious 6, QVC Shopping Channel, Channel 4 lifestyle programs, Beat by Dre, and London Fashion Week.
Since coming to Dubai Pimms Brooke has performed at some great venues such as The Act, Music Hall, GQ Bar, Burj Al Arab and events such as Fashion Forward, Ahlan Hot 100 and more… She has featured in local Dubai music magazines Infusion, Hype Magazine and made front cover of Weekend Magazine - The Khaleej Times news paper.
Jae Franklin is more than just your typical American female with an affinity for singing, songwriting and music production. She’s also quite possibly the most intriguing 5 feet 6 inch, curly-haired, vocalist with a 4-octave range that you’ll ever meet. Raised in Houston, Texas, USA, as a child of the 80s, it’s no wonder that her music sounds the way it does.
At the age of 8, Jae began playing the piano and writing original music. She was influenced by everyone from Whitney Houston and Aretha Franklin to Sting, Fela Kuti, and Sade. Today, Jae Franklin performs on stages around the world. She recently released her 3rd independent album, “Universal Language: Prelude 3,” and she continues to collaborate with various artists while touring and traveling.
Jae dreams of one day spreading her message of peace to every corner of the world. After all, music is the world’s universal language. In the meantime, Jae is preparing to release her 4th studio album appropriately titled “Cheers to Life.”
British producer, DJ and studio engineer Scott Forshaw is one of the talented group of fast-rising DJ/producers hailing from Leeds, UK. It’s this infectious sound caught the eye of reputable Dutch label, Armada, signing him up in late 2015.
Scott is also a prolific studio engineer behind many chart topping hits in both the UAE and overseas with releases he has been involved in featured on labels such as: Universal, EMI, Ministry of Sound (Hed Kandi), Armada, 3beat, Toolroom and many more. These tracks have been supported by many of the world’s top DJ’s.With a constant flow of releases and remixes coming, as well as a solid calendar of gigs in the UAE and Europe, Scott will be one to keep an eye out for in the near future.
Inphinix started as an improve collaboration of independent artists from around the world. With musicians and vocalist from New York, California, Egypt, Sudan, South Africa and the UK, this band brings an eclectic and original fusion on hip hop, funk, and soul music. Not only will you feel lifted by the energy and joy of this collaboration, but you will also leave inspired by the message in the music!
Tim Hassall is an internationally established performer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Dubai. Drawing on a diverse range of influences, Hassall's eclectic musical taste inspires his unique 'pop/rock with soul' style. His second full-length album 'Gallatin' reached number 9 on the Virgin UAE Charts (Feb 2014), gaining rave reviews from fans and critics alike.
Described as "a real wordsmith" by Grammy award winner Doug Sax, his music has featured in major motion pictures; City Of Life (UAE), international music festivals; Secret Garden Party (UK), Blended (UAE), Unspangled (GER) and has twice earned him a Time Out Dubai Nightlife award.
Abdulla Ahmed Alblooshi goes by the stage-name “Citizen”. Producer (Abaiz Shaikh) and Citizen have been long term friends who played around with music for years until deciding to take it into a serious path and began working on our first mixtape. He began writing around 6 years ago and developed an obsession with perfecting the art whilst taking influence from lyricists such as Nas and Talib Kweli.
The tape "The Backstage Theory" was released on June 1st 2015. With all tracks produced by Abaiz Shaikh, 3 months since the release we've managed to reach over 6500 hits on SoundCloud with very positive reviews from a diverse crowd on different social medias.
Monteath’s songs, like most songwriters’, are derived from his own personal life and experiences using the golden rule that to be able to write well, one must write what one knows. In Monteath’s case, he writes about the people around him, little things we do, that girl, and what inspires him whether it be good or bad.More than anything, Monteath enjoys sharing his music and stories and hopes that people find their own way of relating to it.
Straddling the line between cool and commercial, and with a treasure trove of unique and club-ready edits, he has carved out a hugely popular niche for himself in Dubai’s burgeoning club scene as a versatile DJ. He's also a producer with a growing reputation, having released on Dear Deer, Sony Records, Bootleg Social, VL Records, Gold Drama and started his career on Infusion Records. His first EP was picked up by DJ Magazine and given 8/10, while he's also featured twice on the Bicep blog, including their highly coveted Mixtape series. As the founder and resident DJ of alternative nights See You Next Friday, he's been nominated as the city's best DJ by Time Out Dubai several times. SYNF won the Best Alternative Night Award in 2011 and 2012, and was responsible for bringing acts like Calvin Harris, Pendulum, Belle & Sebastian and The Futureheads to the city for their debut. He's held down regular slots at 360 and Trilogy, two of the best venues in the city, as well as Alpha, Chi, The Apartment and the legendary iBO. Part audio experimentalist, part ambient artist, Muhaisnah Four is a chillwave/synthpop artist based in Dubai that reimagining the listening experience. From sampling to synth driver melodies and 80s bass lines and beats, the project’s main creative force, Cromwell Ojeda, juxtaposes sounds to images to create captivating audio-visual journeys inspired by the Dubai urban landscape he calls home. Going beyond traditional album-structured music, Ojeda aims to create soundtracks to accompany the tick and tock of everyday life.
Saffron is a 14-year-old singer-songwriter who plays guitar, bass and (occasionally) drums. She's originally from the UK, but is currently based in Dubai, UAE. Her debut EP was released on September the 1st and features four original tracks written and performed by Saffron. The EP is titled ‘How’s That’ Her music is indie-pop/rock, and she's also a solid acoustic performer. Saffron also composes her own electronic music.
While she wants to establish herself as an original artist, Saffron is also a gifted cover singer, and she recently performed with a big band at Ronnie Scott's in London, covering ‘Velerie’ by Amy Winehouse. Press: As she's just 14, Saffron hasn't done much press yet, but she did recently perform a brief acoustic set for Triplew.me, as part of their acoustic concert series 'The Empty Corner'.
Chronicles of Khan
Chronicles of Khan emerged into the UAE music scene in 2013 when they performed at the Middle East Film & Comic Con that year. Chronicles of Khan was best described by Rolling Stone journalist Matt Ross as an entity between a rock band & a solo act. Founding member & vocalist Faraz Khan describes it as a “multinational musicians collective where musicians from various countries together to create rock n roll music.” Whichever way fans look at them, the band has created a uplifting reputation in UAE as being one of the best Rock acts around. Having played at festivals such as Beat on the Beach, Capital Vibes & Out of the Box DxB, Sole Dxb, Fete Dela Musique Dubai, the Chronicles have garnered popularity due to their eccentric performances & intelligent songwriting. Aside from several of their own songs, members frequently collaborate with artists that transcend various music genres such as Funk, Hip Hop, Metal and infusion, allowing the Chronicles of be creative with their talents in music.
Hailing from Dubai, Fat Randall is a punk outfit consisting of 3 dudes and some instruments. This three way destruction derby came together when Romario and Ray, who’ve been writing music together since 2011, met Dubai punk veteran, Paul Coutts at the end of 2013 and decided to step into a jam room together, to preposterous results! With Paul on guitar, Ray on drums, Romario on bass and all 3 sharing vocal duties, you can expect some fast, explosive punk rock that focuses on everything from politics, or our disapproval of its abuse, to bad breakups while also having a laugh and making it as contagious as possible.

Rohann has been into the profession from 1994 until date. He has carved a niche for himself as a dj and producer in the UAE. Since the past few years he has shifted to Dubai & has had residencies at Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club (QD’s) & Legends The Atlantis, Barasti Beach Bar The Westin (MinaSeyahi)Senyar Bar,Oeno Bar, Le Royal Meridian PJ’s pub and many more. Guest dj in Some of the hottest clubs n bars in countries Dubai, Abudhabi, Bahrain, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand etc.
DJ’d for concerts with 80’s n 90s artist: Vanilla - Ice, Snap, Coolio, Dr. Alban, BlackBox, Technotronics, Rozalla, Robins - S,Cece Peniston, Sister sledge, Haddaway, D-ream, Brands – Hed Kandi, Kinky Malinky. Besides DJing, keeping his old skool roots, he has also been busy in the studio releasing music regularly under his artist name Deep Hertz since 2011 & has been working on a full fledged album, which is due for release.
He’s a big fan of vinyls! A big fan and collector of Vinyls ( Around 7000 on the shelves at the moment) .”Despite the fact that i'm playing deep, tech house & soulful house on most of my gigs, i'll never forget roots. As a great fan of funk, jazz funk, soul, disco funk, brazil & latin music, nu wave, post punk i collect vinyls which are kept in respectable collection, and this is the music i like to play most.There are many DJs who have rather major influence on my career, to name some of them: Francis Grasso, David Mancuso, Nicky Siano, Larry Levan, Walter Gibbons, Bobby Guttardo, Danny Krivit, Francois Kevorkian, Ron Hardy, Frankie Knuckles, Gilles Peterson, Paul Murphy, Patrick Forge, Kevin Beadle, Dr. Bob Jones, Keb Darge, Grandmaster Flash, DJ Kool Herc, Afrika Bambaataa etc.
During all these years i was behind the decks with many famous DJs and played opening acts for many bands from Bob Sinclar and Hernan Cattaneo to The Brand New Heavies, Gilles Peterson and Paul Murphy, for example. To name all of them would take a lot of place & time. Unfortunately, we do not have enough of both :) Apart from clubs my favorite Event's are fashion shows where i can truly express my self through the musical knowledge.
DJ and producer from Sydney living in Dubai. Since early 2000’s he has worked with some of the world’s finest artists, labels, promoters, distributors, brands, radio and has produced world class events. For over a decade he has DJ’d around the globe at numerous beach bars, festivals, late night clubs, warehouse parties and on the airwaves. In Sydney he was a regular on community radio and for several years at groundbreaking FBi Radio 94.5FM as a specialist music host and sponsorship manager.
James is a founding member of the DUST parties in Dubai www.dustdxb.com. James is also part of theThird Eye Crew team Dubai (ex-Electric Days, Vibe Series events), and works through his own independent music services imprint, Jembe Music. Since early 2012 James has been part of the development of Red Bull Music Academy and RBMA Bass Camp in Dubai and the region. He has launched, developed and is a presenter for RBMA Radio Middle East, Quarter Tone Frequency www.rbmaradio.com/qtf and a producer of RBMA UAE events.
