Reim El Houni is an award-winning Executive Producer and CEO of Ti22 Films with extensive experience in the worlds of broadcast, corporate media, events and online. Her first TV credit was on an RTS award-winning BBC Education series at the age of 18. Reim worked on several IVCA winning projects in the corporate realm before moving to Dubai and creating the first English Language TV show at Dubai One, Out & About. Reim went on to become an Executive Producer and Head of Events at the channel. At Ti22 Films Reim consults multinationals, government entities and organisations and supports them with their video requirements. Winner of nine New York Festival Awards for her creative and impactful films, 2014 saw Reim and Ti22 Films win their first Cannes Corporate Media and TV Award.

Dina Butti is an Egyptian/Canadian television presenter and writer. She has worked on several shows on Dubai One, such as Studio One, Out and About, City Wrap and That’s Entertainment, hosted live coverage around the world including the 2014 Oscars and, most recently, carried out numerous celebrity interviews on dubai ON demand. She is best known for her exclusives with A-list celebrities, including George Clooney, the Kardashians, John Travolta, Shahrukh Khan, The Jacksons and Gerard Butler. Dina’s adventures have also seen her diving with sharks, walking on fire, being hypnotized, hanging out with lions and trying her hand at a variety of skills alongside UAE's greatest talents.
In recognition for her work, Dina has been selected as part of Ahlan!’s annual Hot 100 list in the Trendsetters category, a finalist for the Best In Dubai Awards in the ‘Best Personality’ category, a brand ambassador for Pepsi, part of Tag Heuer’s celebrity club and nominated for the prestigious ‘Emirates Woman of the Year’ award.

Director, producer and presenter Faraz Javed has spent over a decade immersed in the television industry, working for media powerhouses like MTV Networks in New York and Dubai Media Incorporated.
Behind the camera, Faraz is known for his work on hit TV shows like That’s Entertainment, Hayati Amali, Studio One and Mouth Piece, various commercials, short films and music videos. You can also catch Faraz in the spotlight in plays, short films, commercials, on the radio and as a reporter on Dubai One’s Emirates News. If entertainment is what you crave, however, his new reality series on dubai ON demand sees him explore the world of crossfit as a fitness junkie. Faraz was recently recognized as one of Dubai’s ‘Hot 20 under 30’ by Masala magazine.

Dubai-born Aishwarya Ajit Gordon is a TV presenter, MC and beauty blogger.
After launching her career as a model, Aishwarya worked with major television networks across India and the UAE over a span of eight years, placing her in the spotlight for shows like Dubai One TV’s youth program Twenty Something and lifestyle series Studio One, as well as Yahoo’s popular online celebrity entertainment show, OMG! Now, which reached out to over 55 million subscribed users. Aishwarya also has her own Youtube channel Aishwarya Ajit Official through which she shares DIY makeup and hair tutorials. Inspired by the success of her channel, she recently launched a new series of DIY makeup tutorials on dubai ON demand.

Layne Redman is a British television presenter, MC and actor best known for having been a host on Dubai One’s Out and About and World of Sports and, most recently, as the adrenaline junkie presenter on dubai ON demand. Layne has interviewed major names from across the world of sports and entertainment, including Pharrell Williams, Jackie Stewart, Novak Djokovic, Bob Geldof, Paul Oakenfold and Macy Gray.
Layne is recognized as a Master of Ceremonies for events in the UAE as well as for having worked on international modeling and promotional campaigns for brands such as MTV, Sony Ericsson, Danone, Getty Images, Jumeirah Group and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
Layne’s achievements have won him the honor of Best TV Presenter and Best Male Personality nominee at the Ahlan! Live Best in Dubai Awards. As one half of electronic music duo Hollaphonic, Olly Wood is a musical pioneer for the region. James Craven was appointed Managing Director of Live Nation in April 2014. He has lived and worked in the Middle East for over 5 years. Three of those years were in Saudi Arabia where he was Division Head at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture. In this role James was headed-up live events, theatre, museums, exhibitions and the Innovation & Creativity Hub at the Centre. Prior to this role, James served as Managing Director of a US and UK-based music touring company focused on creating international, multi-platform entertainment properties. Previously James had spent 8 years with Clear Channel Communications as SVP Communications, working across outdoor, radio, TV and entertainment.

Mike Galt, originally from Southern California is a creative music industry professional with extensive experience in the music industry. Mike currently holds the Talent Manager role for Live Nation and has lived and worked in the Middle East for over 2 years now. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Global Tour Manager to such acts as Snoop Dogg, PSY and multiple others on global wide tours within the Live Nation umbrella. Previously, Mike had spent 5 years overseeing and managing the music aspects for MySpace Music which entailed curating Secret Shows and MySpace Music Tours along with Editorial content to support these aspects.

John Lickrish is the Chief Executive Officer of Flash Entertainment. Dia Hassan, lead vocalist of Juliana Down often recognized as the leading rock band in the Middle East will be speaking during BizTalk during this years Dubai Music Week. Juliana Down will be opening for Thirty Seconds to Mars on the third night of DMW 2015, an award-winning band based in Dubai, The first band from the UAE to be signed to a major record label, Sony Music Middle East.
Juliana Down have previously opened for bands such as Maroon 5, Muse and Guns N Roses and performed for a multitude of sports and music events in the region including the Rolling Stone Magazine launch, Dubai Rugby Seven’s, Yas Drag Race Festival, and The Abu Dhabi Formula One. The band’s creative energy will undoubtedly be the catalyst for an incredible set by Thirty Seconds To Mars.

Siddharth or simply Sid (as he is popularly known) is a guy’s guy. He loves bikes, loves the outdoors and LOVES adventure sports and yes will not take too kindly to “WAKE UP SID” jokes. Roxana started her career at the age of 6 in a children’s morning program on the Radio and rightfully so, this child prodigy soon was recognized as the star that she is. By those early years, she had already performed in many concerts as well as acted in some of the highest rated TV series and films. At a very young age, she moved to Europe and continued her music career by building a Danish Rock Band. Using her talents and vision, the band and her produced some of the most well received tracks in the genre of “World Music” involving some of the most talented International artists. Roxana furthered her career studying Film and Media management in conjunction with Music Marketing in Germany. Moving to the UAE, she initiated, produced and hosted a very popular radio show on one of the leading Radio Stations in Dubai.

Aylissa hosted the biggest breakfast show in the North East of Scotland on Northsound 1. She was based in the oil capital of Europe, Aberdeen.
She also presented a showbiz and football show on Northsound 1 every Saturday.

Nyla is the vivacious charismatic presenter of The Big Breakfast Club on hit 96.7m. She owns the voice that wakes up Dubai Malayalees for 11years now. Among the many accolades that came her way for Radio presentation are the Best Asian RJ Award at the Masala Awards 2012 and Woman of the year Award by RAK Malayalee's women Association.
Nyla ventured in to the film Industry 2 years ago through her debut Kunjananthante Kada, and followed by Punyalan Agarbathis, Gangster & Fireman. And in the first year itself she bagged the Best Debut Actress Award by Asia Vision in 2013.
She loves to be a globetrotter and her favorite city in the world is Paris. After travelling to all the different countries in the world. Her favorite cuisine is none other then homemade food by her mom.
A graduate in Communicative English from All Sanits' college, Nyla never dreamt of being an RJ. As she is the first female voice to be aired on he worlds first 24 hr Malayalam radio station. And today she is one of he most successful radio presenters in the gulf and is role modeled by many.
Nyla is committed to assisting the elderly and sees herself heading a non profit organization for the welfare of the old in the future..

Richard is one of Dubai’s most experienced business journalists. He’s spent the past decade as a reporter and editor covering the Middle East for some of the world’s leading media outlets, including the Financial Times, The Economist and Reuters.
As a broadcaster, Richard was launch presenter of Dubai Eye’s award-winning Business Breakfast show back in 2006, before moving to London as anchor presenter with Bloomberg Radio.
Now back in the UAE, he’s been the voice of Dubai Eye’s evening programming since 2008, and today co-hosts The Business Breakfast with Malcolm Taylor.
Richard recently completed his MA in Media and Communication, adding to his university qualifications in history and economics, earning the nickname “The Three Degrees”.
Richard lives in Dubai with his wife and two young sons. In 2013, on his 41st birthday, he completed his first Triathlon. It remains to be seen whether it will be his last.

Before Claudius joined Universal Music Group, he was Vice President for Business Development at arvato in Dubai and Hamburg, a subsidiary of Bertelsmann Group.
